Sizing
How do I customise my order?
Customise any order by size, neck depth or garment length by simply emailing us with your personal measurements, any specific requirements and your Ankita Jain order number on help@labelankitajain.com.
To customise a garment by design, reach out to us via email before placing your order.
Modern Indian Sizing
Any order placed in the Modern Indian section that does not have size options, is customisable to your size. Once your order is confirmed, we will reach you via email for your measurements. If you do not receive an email within 3 days, please contact us on help@labelankitajain.com.
Designer Tips
For any Knot Skirt, front of the skirt is mid waisted while the back is slightly higher waisted. For the right size, choose the size closest to your mid waist across belly button.
For tops, choose the chest size based on design. If the product of your choice is padded/bodycon, choose the size closest to you chest measurements at the heaviest point. If the product of your choice is non padded or of loose fitting, a size up or down would work based on your preferred fit. Do not choose top size based on your bra size.
Our Bottoms could be mid waist or high waist based on design of the product, choose your size according to the product description.
Orders
If a product or my size is not in stock, when will it be available again?
We offer a large selection of products from all our recent collections and our stock is updated regularly. If the item you would like to purchase is not available, we kindly invite you to contact our customer service team to confirm the tentative availability or to subscribe to our waitlist (available on the product page).
How can I customise an order?

Can I cancel or modify my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Returns/Exchanges
What is your Exchange Policy?
Orders placed via store sizing are eligible for size exchange within 4 days of delivery. Minimal alterations in the original order can be claimed within 30 days from delivery. If you have customised your order by length/size, it is only eligible for alterations.
What is your Return Policy?
Currently, we do not accept returns of issue refunds of our garments.
We can accommodate a one-time size exchange of your order if it has not been customised. If your order has been customised, we can offer alterations in the same garment.
Where do I register my exchange?
To claim a size exchange, you are required to email us with your Ankita Jain order number and other relevant details on help@labelankitajain.com. Our team will assist you with the process for pickup and exchange.
Do I have to pay an exchange fee?
To register your exchange, a shipping fee of INR 500 will be levied to pickup the return shipment and deliver the exchange shipment. You must keep the order in its original packaging and ensure it is unused with tags attached.
Why is my exchange request denied?
Following conditions make your order ineligible for an exchange-
- Past 4 days from the date of order delivery.
- Used/worn articles.
- If the order is customised by length or your personal measurements.
- Any clearance sale articles.
- Modern Indian and swimwear articles can only be altered and not exchanged.
- If you have already made one exchange on your order. We only accommodate a one-time exchange on any order.
- If your order was placed via International Shipping.
Can I exchange my order for a different product?
We currently do not accommodate product style exchange. You can only claim a one-time size exchange of your order.
What should I do if my parcel arrived damaged?
If your parcel arrives damaged, we kindly invite you to contact our customer service team. Make sure to take pictures of the parcel received and video of the unpacking. Keep the package for further inspection by our carrier.
Can I exchange an international order?
Yes, you can. The responsibility and expenses to ship the return order to us and collect the exchange order from us is of the customer. Please email us within 7 working days from the date of delivery in case of an exchange request and we will do our best to assist you.
We do not offer design exchange or refunds on any of our orders.
Shipping/Deliveries
What modes of shipping do you offer in India?
We offer 4 modes of domestic shipping in India-
1. Standard Shipping (India) - Free (orders shipped within 12-15 business days, except Modern Indian).
2. In-Store Pickup (Delhi) - Free (orders ready within 5-6 business days).
3. Express Shipping (India) - INR 1,000 (orders shipped within 3 business days).
4. Local Delivery (Delhi/NCR) - INR 500 (orders delivered within 4 business days).
What is the dispatch timeline of my order?
All articles have distinct dispatch timelines.
When you open the product you desire, scroll down to find the dispatch timeline of that specific product.
For early deliveries, email us to confirm the availability of the product.
Unforeseen circumstances may cause delay in dispatching your orders.
International Shipping
Our online store delivers internationally. You can find the list of available locations through the "Country" menu at check-out.
International Shipping fee of INR 2,500 is applicable. If your order value exceeds INR 25,000, the shipping charges are automatically waived off.
Product pricing or shipping fees DO NOT include any custom/duties that your country may apply. For further information on custom and duty fees, research on Google about your country. The brand is not liable for any fee levied by the customs or duty department of your country.
Once your order is packed, you will receive real time updates along with the tracking link via email, SMS and Whatsapp from our courier partner, Shiprocket.
Payments
What are the available modes of payment?
All major credit/debit cards, UPI and other forms of payments are accepted via Razorpay Secure for orders within India and worldwide.
Domestic orders within India can use Simpl during checkout for paying later or in instalments. Simpl also supports UPI and major credit/debit cards.
We also offer Cash on Delivery via Simpl for order value less than INR 10,000. COD is not available on Modern Indian and Clearance articles. There is a fee of INR 300 when you opt for COD mode of payment.
Why was my payment denied?
Please kindly contact your bank in case your payment is declined or cancelled.
Where can I find my invoice?
Your invoice is available on your account by visiting the "Order history" section. If you placed your order as a guest, your invoice will be sent by email along with the confirmation. Make sure to check your email's spam and junk folders.

How do I create an Ankita Jain account?
Opening an account is very easy. Simply click on “My Account” on the top right corner, complete your first and last name, and create a password. Or, when you place an order, you will be prompted to save your information with your email address and password.
What are the benefits of creating an account?
Creating an account enables you to be quickly identified when shopping on our website. An account offers you a safe, easy and fast way to order. Your account saves information like order history, billing and shipping address. You may also follow-up on your orders placed. Your password assures that only you can access the information on your account.
