Returns
Eligible orders can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
Returns are issued as Store Credit, which can be redeemed on any future purchase made on our website.
Store Credit• Valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
• A ₹500 shipping fee will be deducted towards return shipping and processing.
• After your return is received and passes our quality inspection, your Store Credit will be issued.
Exchanges
We offer a one-time size exchange on eligible orders.
Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery and are only applicable for a different size of the same product, subject to availability.
A ₹500 shipping fee applies towards the pickup of your original garment and delivery of the exchanged size.
Alterations
We offer alterations on the same garment within 15 days of delivery to help achieve the best possible fit.
All alteration requests are subject to the original design and construction of the garment.
Items Not Eligible
The following orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

Customised orders (including custom size, length or colour)

Clearance Sale products

Archival Sale products
Please note that customised orders remain eligible for alterations where applicable.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, exchange or alteration, your garment must:

Be unused, unworn and unwashed.

Have all original tags attached.

Be returned in its original packaging.

Pass our quality inspection upon receipt.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return, exchange or alteration.
How to Raise a Request
You can initiate a return or exchange request by logging into your account and visiting Order History, or by emailing support@labelankitajain.com with your order number.
Once your request has been reviewed, our team will guide you through the next steps.
