We offer multiple secure payment options to make your checkout experience simple and convenient.
Online Payments
We accept all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking and other secure online payment methods for both domestic and international orders.
All online payments are securely encrypted to ensure a safe and seamless checkout experience.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible domestic orders with an order value below ₹10,000 for an additional fee of ₹350.
COD is not available for:

Partial Payment
For domestic orders above ₹10,000, you may choose our Partial Payment option at checkout.
Simply pay 25% of your order value as a booking amount online, and the remaining balance can be paid upon delivery.
A ₹350 service fee applies to all Partial Payment orders.
If a partially paid order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery, the remaining balance along with an additional ₹500 re-shipping fee must be paid before the order can be shipped again.
If we do not receive your confirmation within 7 business days, the order will be cancelled and the booking amount will be forfeited.
Payment Issues
If your payment is unsuccessful, declined or cancelled, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider before attempting the transaction again.
If the payment amount has been debited but your order was not confirmed, please contact our Customer Support team and we'll be happy to assist you.
Invoices
Registered customers can download their invoices from the Order History section of their account.
If you placed your order as a guest, your invoice will be sent to your registered email address along with your order confirmation email.
