Shipping Fees
We offer worldwide shipping at a flat rate of ₹4,500 (USD 45).
International shipping is complimentary on orders above ₹50,000 (USD 500).
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order value.
Dispatch & Delivery
International orders are generally dispatched within 12-15 business days of order confirmation.
As many of our garments are made to order, dispatch timelines may occasionally vary depending on the style you've selected. If your order requires additional production time, our team will notify you via email.
We primarily ship via DHL Express, with an estimated transit time of 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your destination country and customs clearance procedures.
Customs & Import Duties
International shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes or any additional charges imposed by your destination country.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes or clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer.
As these charges vary by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order to understand the applicable rates.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment throughout its journey.
Failed Deliveries
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal to accept the parcel or refusal to pay customs duties, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping and re-shipping charges.
Returns & Exchanges
International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Should you wish to return or exchange an international order under exceptional circumstances, all shipping, customs, duties and logistical costs associated with the return and re-shipment will be borne entirely by the customer.

We accept all major international Credit Cards, Debit Cards and other secure online payment methods.
All international payments are securely processed through Razorpay.

Sending your order as a gift?
We offer gift wrapping as an optional add-on at checkout, making it easy to send your order directly to someone special.
If you're shipping a gift internationally, simply mention it in your Order Notes at checkout, and we'll ensure that no pricing information is included inside the package.
