You can now visit us at our studio (on appointment basis only) for trials and purchases-

The appointment needs to be made at least 2-3 days in advance with details of the products you are looking to view/try/purchase. All patrons placing custom or Modern Indian orders are encouraged to visit our studio for providing their measurements and doing in-person trials. Our team is fully vaccinated and all necessary precautions are followed within the premises.

- How can I customise an order?
You can customise any order in your personal measurements. Once the product of your choice has been added to the cart, you can visit the cart page and scroll down to find a section for ‘order notes’. You can use this section to mention your measurements or any specifications about lengths/slits of the product. Please note that orders made in personal measurements are not eligible for an exchange or return. Alterations can be made in the same garment, if required.
- Which modes of payment do you offer?
All major credit/debit cards, UPI and other forms of payments are accepted via Razorpay Secure for orders within India and worldwide. Domestic orders with value under INR 11,000 can also opt for Cash on Delivery. Additionally, you can pay in installments via Simpl.
- How do I cancel my order?
Currently, you cannot cancel prepaid orders placed online. If you wish to cancel a COD order, please reach us via Whatsapp or e-mail and our team will assist you. No order can be cancelled once it is shipped.
- How do I customise my Indianwear order?
All saris in the Modern Indian section have three options-
1. Only Sari, which will include 5.5m of the sari in the image.
2. Sari with Blouse Fabric, which will include 5.5m of the sari and blouse fabric, as shown in the image. If the blouse shows embroidery, you will receive the blouse fabric accordingly. Blouse fabric is sufficient from sizes XS-XXL and also include lining fabric.
3. Full Set, which will include 5.5m of the sari, stitched blouse and separate petticoat.
Any order placed in the Modern Indian section (including saris and lehengas) is customisable to your size. Once your order is confirmed, we will reach you via email with a measurements chart that you can fill. If you do not receive an email within 3 days, please contact us on orders@labelankitajain.com.
- Can I make design changes in my Indianwear order?
Apart from size customisation, we offer the following additional services for only the products in Modern Indian section-
1. Design Change - INR 3,500+ (customise the blouse design and fabric as per your preference)
2. Pre Draped Sari - INR 3,500+ (wear your sari like a skirt with pre stitched pleats and an open pallu for draping).
3. Colour Change - INR 2,500+ (customise in any colour of your choice).
Additional Work - price varies on final design or embroidery placement.
