Dispatch Timelines

Dispatch timelines refer to the time taken by our team to prepare and ship your order. Courier transit time begins only after your package has been dispatched and varies depending on your delivery location and courier partner.

As many of our garments are made to order, dispatch timelines may occasionally vary during peak periods. If there is any unexpected delay from our end, our team will keep you informed via email.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment every step of the way.

If your order contains multiple items, it may be dispatched in separate shipments depending on production timelines. In such cases, you'll receive a separate tracking link for each shipment.

Service Delays

While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely deliveries, occasional delays due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters or courier network disruptions may occur. Once your order has been dispatched, we recommend contacting the courier partner directly using your tracking number for the latest updates regarding your shipment.

Returns

Eligible orders can be returned within 3 days of delivery.

Returns are issued as Store Credit, which can be redeemed on any future purchase made on our website.

Store Credit

Store Credit is valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

A ₹500 shipping fee will be deducted towards return shipping and processing.

Store Credit will be issued once your return has been received and successfully passed our quality inspection.

Exchanges

We offer a one-time size exchange on eligible orders.

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery and are only applicable for a different size of the same product, subject to availability.

A ₹500 shipping fee applies towards the pickup of your original garment and delivery of the exchanged size.

Alterations

We offer alterations on the same garment within 15 days of delivery to help achieve the best possible fit.

All alteration requests are subject to the original design and construction of the garment.

Items Not Eligible

The following orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

• Customised orders (including custom size, length or colour)

• Clearance Sale products

• Archival Sale products

• Swim bottoms and monokinis
  

Swim bottoms and monokinis are not eligible for returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons. However, alterations can be requested where applicable.

Please note that customised orders remain eligible for alterations where applicable.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, exchange or alteration, your garment must:

• Be unused, unworn and unwashed.

• Have all original tags attached.

• Be returned in its original packaging.

• Pass our quality inspection upon receipt.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return, exchange or alteration. Ankita Jain reserves the right to approve or deny any return, exchange or alteration request following inspection.
